2. Delivery Timelines

We know waiting isn’t fun, so we aim to deliver your Elyvra products as quickly as possible. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow the journey of your Elyvra products every step of the way.

Please note, during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary, but we will notify you of any delays.

3. Returns Process

We hope you love your Elyvra products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If you receive a damaged product, or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we’ll gladly accept returns. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to let us know. Just reach out to us via email at [concierge@elyvra.in], and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened products.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds for items once they’ve been opened. We hope you understand this is for your safety and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene."
